I didn’t know what to expect from this camera since it’s very inexpensive. I was searching for a camera to monitor our newborn baby. At first I was looking at the traditional baby monitors. Finally I decided to give this camera a try. It’s perfect. It’s an easy to move around the house wherever needed. The picture is clear during the day and night, night vision works perfect. We’re able to hear out baby without him hearing us but with a push of a button the camera becomes a 2 way speaker. Whenever he is home asleep, with a babysitter of course, we can watch him while at the store on our phones. We are also able to take pictures and record video. Great camera.     • Great Product **READ BEFORE YOU BUY**

The cameras are great little cameras, the video quality is great for how small they are. There is a siren that will go off on the camera although I️ haven’t used it much since I️ don’t have a need for it, the sound on the camera is pretty great too, you can have a full conversation with someone, now it’s not any Dolby sound but it’ll do just fine as is. They are easy to connect to the wifi ( heads up-cannot connect to 5.0 and must be 2.7 or whatever the standard is ) but cameras are easy to set up in the app and there is a multi camera view so you don’t have to look at just one at a time. There is a subscription you can opt to sign up for ($69 annual or $6.99/month w/o AI and that’s way more ) but it is not required to use your cameras. I️ just like it because it allows you to save videos etc. You can share access to the cameras to other family members BUT you have to share by camera, it does not work like other systems where once you connect the cameras to your account it links them…no the cameras at the end of the day are separate so to change settings you have to do it separately to all. Now these cameras are not wireless ( to your phone yes, to work no, no battery option either), you do need a wire plugging in to use these. It connects using a USB-C cable, now this cable connects dead smack in the middle of the camera in the back making it so unless you have a recessed wall the camera will have to be adjusted down more to account for the cable ( unless you buy a USB-C that is flat where it connects, thankfully it moves around and you can change the orientation in app. Because it can move around it helps the cable a tad more. The USB-C they give you works fine but I️ wish it was a tad longer. The part I️ hated the most was the mounting of these things, they give you sticker guides to use on the wall but the problem was that when actually mounting the holes don’t allow the screws to go all the way in, it becomes a mess to be honest. Overall I️ would not let the bad things ( what little there is ) to keep you from getting this product, they are lightweight, easy to use and worth the price. Cool features to mention -motion detection w/ schedule capabilities -pet, person, kid detection ( AI subscription only) -share to different accounts -night vision ( that works well too ) ... show more

This little camera is easily integrated into your home WIFI system. It needs USB power to work but can be moved around anywhere you want. I believe it is only intended for inside use. Pretty much plug and play. I got it to augment an existing system. I repositioned it as needed. The quality of the image is good and the app works well from anywhere. We don't have pets but I'll bet it would be fun to watch the furry friends antics when we aren't around. Best of all no subscription. Oh yes I have a memory card to capture a record of goings on. I have had my Cameras for a year now. The wansview app along with the cameras are very easy to maneuver and operate. Set up is very easy, very walk you through. The legs are great for angling, and it even has rotation in app if you decide to hang upside down. Cords provided are very long, c-usb. These cameras have fallen a few times , never stopped working(image turned purple, but reset fixed it) I put mini SD cards in mine and it will keep video footage for 2 weeks without the cloud service offered. Only complaint I have is the adjustable legs have broken on 2, but still very functional. They come with nails and tapers for the option to mount them to the walls. You can communicate through the devices, but can sometimes be crackle. Motion alarm is spot on, very good option, and really detects person(that's optional) I have a cat, so that option is great in my home. ... show more
