This one is remarkably compact, about the size of a large toaster, and it’s been humming along in the corner of the kitchen for over a week now. The automatic egg-turning is the real hero here; it keeps the rhythm steady while we just watch through the clear 360-degree lid. The temperature has stayed incredibly consistent despite the drafts in our older house, which is a massive upgrade from the cheaper models I’ve experimented with in the past that would fluctuate every time the heater kicked in. I really want some baby ducks, and I've already gone to a farm to ask for 6 eggs, and I just need an incubator now. This is where this comes in, because it's an incubator that can incubate 12 eggs, which is double than how many i have, so I can have some space for my ducks. It has multiple temperatures, and it's exact to the decimal point, so I can have the perfect temperature. The size is just right for small flocks or hobby projects, and it fits easily on a shelf or workbench without taking up a lot of space. Setting it up was straightforward, the instructions were clear, and the controls are intuitive even for someone who is new to incubating. The temperature and humidity remain stable throughout the incubation period. I’ve only had to make small adjustments a few times, and every clutch I’ve tried so far has developed consistently. The automatic turning feature is especially helpful; it saves me from constantly remembering to turn the eggs manually and seems to improve hatch rates. The clear viewing window is also nice so I can check progress without disturbing the internal environment.
