Very easy to set up, lightweight compared to the big treadmills and not noisy at all! Easy to take out of the box and the only thing you need to put on it is 2 screws for the bar. You do have to remove them each time but it's not a big deal, they are big and have a nice cap on it. Speeds are nice! Up to 7 and it has a function that you can do intermittently 3 then 6 and can manually or remotely change speed easily. Incline is manual and it's just one incline with the little front legs. It’s super compact, quiet, and perfect for getting some steps in while working or taking calls. The media could not be loaded. Great walking pad! Fairly lightweight and has wheels so it’s easy to move. It does go up to 7MPH if you wanted to jog on it. But keep in mind it is a walking pad, not a treadmill. Meaning the walking surface is smaller so you will need to take shorter strides than if you were full on power walking or running. In some ways that’s great because it will force you to shake small strides which is actually more efficient for running. The incline is not adjustable with the buttons like the speed is. You either put up the foot pedals or you don’t. It says 10% incline, but again this is a walking pad not a treadmill. So it’s not going to be the equivalent of a full 10% on the treadmill if you were powerwalking. But it does give a slope where the front is about 2 inches higher than the back. The bar has quick touch buttons which is nice. It also has a slot for an iPad or phone, but it only comes up to your waist so I would definitely recommend a desk or wall mounted monitor. Else your neck will be craned down which would be very uncomfortable. It seems to be good sturdy quality and it stores easily against a wall or under a couch or desk. There’s basically no assembly other than putting batteries in the remote, putting the safety clip on, and (if you want the bar up) screwing in the knobs to keep the bar in place.
