I've had this for a bit now and I absolutely love it! It has different programs with different programs that you can work your way up and its super easy to use! I'm a new starter to treadmills so this has been a very new experience for me. Super glad I chose this one!

The treadmill is okay, but had a nearly fatal design flaw when we were setting it up. The wire harness from the control board to the motor is quite loose at the pivot point in the upper handle. Because of this it got pinched when we first set the treadmill up and created an error that did not allow the machine to be used. I had to trace the wiring and repair one section before the treadmill was operable. To me this is something that is avoidable and would definitely throw off many folks. The inbuilt circuit training is not very good, so we create our own. The treadmill also doesn't save any progress, so if you have to stop it at any point, you will lose your workout information up to that point and will need to start over. The belt is not as sturdy as other small treadmills and we wish the handle was adjustable. We are 5'5" and 5'10" and the handle is too short for either of us to really use it effectively. Having said that, we have a similar machine without a handle and the handle, although short, is still an improvement over no handle. Overall this treadmill feels less well built than others we have in the same price range, but the handle is a nice add on. ... show more

This is a great walking pad for my home as I love to get my steps in on a daily basis and this is extremely sturdy. I love that it has a cup holder and technology holder for my laptop or cell phone for ease of multi-tasking. I love the running belt as it is extremely roomy and comfortable to either walk or run on. The display shows real-time data as in run time, calories burned, and incline, which is perfect for me to have effective time management of my daily fitness.
