It cooks reasonable well, however if you're cooking something like greens or a stew, the lid rattles and makes a lot of noise. If you want to stay focused buy it. Not a good value for the money.

Just what my wife wanted. She makes gumbo quite a bit and the last put we had was ceramic. Unfortunately it slipped and hit the floor and well... then the trash. Imusa hit the jackpot with this one. It's extremely solid, heats evenly, and cooks amazing amazingly well. The kids are already wondering who will get it because even they know this pot will last a lifetime.
