I bought this to add a light on the other side of an outside sign. The one I already had was a fixed warm white or slightly yellow. This light here is always bright white on a outlet timer. These setting should be fixed. That said, the mounting is thin and fragile. I took off the magnets and screws. It was harder to put a screw to mount the side with the cord. Even though this is not intended for outside use, I cannot recommend it for this since it's thin and fragile plastic. Even though it did light up the whole sign as intended, I'm hesitant on buying a second one to match.

The plug on this is not a "firm" wall plug, meaning it doesn't fit snuggly into my socket in the kitchen. Even tapping the cord will cause it to "unplug" while still seated and then you have to push it back in to get it to come back on. This may or may not be the issue of my socket as none of my other appliances have trouble like this. Mounting this thing was not difficult, though it fell down four times in less than an hour. The sticky pads would not stay on the clean underside of my cabinet. Finally, I used super glue and it stayed. Some people expressed annoyance at the multiple light features saying only one is good for them. I think they are missing out on variety. I actually like to match the lighting intensity/color to the lighting outside for continuity's sake. Sometimes it is a bright, sunny day. Sometimes it is sunset. Sometimes it's mellow and cloudy. With three settings I have options and thus I don't have two or three different colored light sources going on at once. I plan to order a second one for the other side of my kitchen as I have moved some appliances over there and now need more light in that corner. One thing I will be doing is to tack the cord up to the bottom of the cabinet so that it's not hanging down. Hitting this hanging cord is what keeps shutting off the light due to it's loose seating in the socket.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased 2 of these LED lights for highlighting masks above my kitchen cabinets and had to hire someone to do as I am disabled. The lights worked great the first day, in doing the triple light type (white, yellow soft, and blue light) when you use the on/off switch. After only 3 days use, both lights quit functioning and now only have the bright washed out light which I do not want. Have contacted the seller and am waiting for a reply... Update: Seller has emailed me and is sending a replacement. ***Update*** Both LED's now are not working properly. The one that will not switch light modes will now power up for approximately 5 minutes and then start turning itself off and on, and then finally completely off. The other one is not working at all and is dead. Have not received the replacement from the seller so dont know what happened there if they just forgot about me or something but I am not too happy. Going to get a different LED or maybe goto the small fluorescent tube lights. We really like having the masks lit up during the evening for not only displaying the masks but setting a nice relaxing atmosphere. ***Update*** Received replacement that has been on steadily for over a weeks time. I have been switching through the different color temperatures daily to make sure that they are functioning and they are working perfectly. Seller was awesome in sending good ones and wouldnt hesitate to order more if needed... Thanks for reading my review. I was looking for a led light for a cabinet i made these fit perfectly they are not overpowering with light as they have 3 settings to choose from it works so good that i ordered 2 more put one in a cabinet i maid for my son and will put the other one in a cabinet i will soon be building.

The first one I got only worked about 1 hour. The company was excellent and replaced it right away. The only problem I have with this one is where the on/off switch is. It is on the cord and isn't as easy to access as the old fixture I'm replacing that had the on/off on right on the unit. The light is nice and bright. The magnets are good and strong. I haven't had it long enough to know if the adhesive will last but it is so light that I don't think that will be a problem.

I use for axillary light in the kitchen counter. However, the attachment method provided was not stable in use. I had to apply adhered hooks to hold the lamp and the cord. Also, The cord and switch assembly let off noxious odors reminiscent of scary chemicals.
