When I ordered this iKEEPFIT Back Massager 3 months ago, it was only $99.99. As I leave this review today, the regular price shot up to $129.99! If it ever comes back down in price, I'd recommend it, but the new price is a bit steep for me. The good news is that if you do decide to spring for it, it includes a warranty along with a replacement guarantee, so you're covered if you receive a dud. I own another type of iKEEPFIT massager (for knees) that I love, and this one performs just as well. It needs to fit pretty snugly to work, and I have a 28" waist, so it feels a little big on me when I'm standing, but it still works okay when I'm sitting down. There's an extension for larger waists, but it's not recommended for waists over 55". While I can see the controls, they're a lot easier for me to adjust if I look in a mirror rather than trying to look down at them while wearing the massager. The massage feature doesn't do as much for me as I'd hoped, but the compression and heat are both enjoyable and soothing.

This back massager is made from a plastic material that seems durable and flexible. It fastens nicely with the Velcro ends of the belt and fits well around an average male waist comfortably. One full charge lasts about 10 sessions that each last until it automatically shuts off around 10 minutes. The controls allow for 3 different intensity levels for the heating, vibrating, and massaging functions. When fastened tightly around my waist, it feels very stable and tightens really well when the inflating massage components are at their max pressure. It massages my sore back really well after long workouts or whenever I have a sore back. I have been enjoying using all 3 functions to their max intensity when I really need a massage but generally will have it on the middle setting on most days.

I’m on my computer most of the day for work, and even with a chair that has adjustable lumbar support, my mid and lower back usually feel pretty tight by the end of the day. I’ve been using this for about 20 minutes after work and I’ve really liked it. The heat, vibration, and air compression work together nicely, and it’s easy to use while I'm in the kitchen prepping dinner after work. It’s not going to replace a real massage, but it feels nice and is simple enough to use regularly. It’s easy to put on and take off, and the controls are simple once you use it a couple of times. The cordless design is also nice because you aren’t stuck sitting next to an outlet. My MIL tried it too, and she normally avoids these kinds of devices. I also bought another one for my dad, and both of them liked the heat and compression features. I like it enough that I’ve added it to my list of possible Christmas gifts.

This a heat, vibration, and compression belt. An all in one health tool. At first glance this should be a welcome device instead of using separate device to accomplish the same thing. While I enjoy the simplicity of one device, I'm concerned if one function fails to operate and how that may affect the other functions. The massage function adds "just right" relief. With the included extender, I can wear it over more than a layer of clothes. If there is any function making this device worthwhile, this is it. The heat function only feels beneficial part of the time. Perhaps it is the number of layers of clothing I wear at the time. The air compression function just doesn't do it for me. Perhaps because when wearing the belt, the massage function is more than adequate for me. This must be a case of to each their own. Still, you cannot go wrong with this. Try each function separately before combining functions. You may find an optimum level of comfort. Four stars.
