I have only used it once, so I will update if anything changes, but I freaking love this product. When I saw how expensive similar products were *cough* Dyson *cough* I didn’t think I’d be able to afford such a hair tool. But for 130 dollars this thing does so good. I have dark, coarse, long hair that’s wavy to straight. I mostly need a straightener for baby hairs // a cow lick that’s right in the front next to my face and for that it does soo good. It’s super easy and fast to use. I also haven’t struggled with any frizz. Usually if I blow dry my hair it gets really frizzy but this made my hair nice and sleek. It is pretty loud but it is a blow dryer so ya know. And the weight isn’t that bad for me. They also have a one year warranty that comes with it. If you are wondering if you should get it, go for it.

My straightener doesn’t turn on. I returned it and requested a new one. The second arrived two days later and it doesn’t power on either! Now I’m concerned I won’t receive a refund because there appears to be no way to request a refund for the defective replacement. What a waste of time, energy and money!

Great product idea; bought this to try before I spent $500 on a similar product. The dryer sucks pretty bad but it does work. The straightener part doesn’t get close to roots but if you brush hair while blow drying it can help with the roots. My hair is soooo soft after about a month of using it - I can tell a difference. My hair is normally super curly and the whole process straight out of the shower is about 35 minutes
