I’d say this bed is very firm. It doesn’t feel medium firm at all. I seen a review that somebody said this bed was too soft for them… This bed is hard as a rock !!! Also, the bed came with what seems like a burnt spot? It’s like hard plastic around the incision so I’m not sure what happened in manufacturing. However, I’m happy that it is 10 inches thick and looks like the pictures. It’s just not comfortable to me.

Great mattress for the price, feels very supportive on the back which is essential after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. Sleeping on it after 2 days and I finally feel rested. No noise like my old wire spring mattress, would recommend if you desire excellent back support

Pretty impressive mattress Moved into a new house that finally had a spare bedroom. Didn’t want a foam mattress after all the complaints about them having weird smells and fiberglass considering I have a new born. Found this hybrid mattress and decided to give it a try. Shipping was pretty quick. It arrived in a tall box rolled up. Unpacked it using the cutter that came with it. Thankfully no weird smells!! It expanded pretty quickly as we opened it up. Left it for a few hours, came back and it seemed to be fully inflated. Slept on it the first night, had way more support that my old mattress, but not too hard. Suited me perfectly since my lower back didn’t sink in. It also fitted perfectly into the bed frame we had!

After my zinus mattress started sinking, I decided I’m done with foam mattresses and went the hybrid route. I was looking for a firmer mattress and I can say I'm glad I decided to go with this one. It expanded right away. They say to wait for 24-48hrs to let them expand, but it seemed to have fully expanded after just 3 hours. No chemical or off-gassing smells. Since I suffer from back pains, I was glad to discover that this mattress offered a lot more support than my previous foam mattress. Slept a lot cooler as well. I will come back with updates after a month. Also, a pretty good looking mattress.

Sleep has been awesome so far, slept on it for 3 nights. Had good back support and very comfortable. Arrived in a tall box. It expanded as soon I opened & fully expanded after a few hours and fitted straight into our bed frame from our old bed. Definitely worth the price!
