Very good door, not perfect, glad I bought it
Size: 7" x 11-1/4" Flap Size
Color: White
I knew going in that this might be a tight fit for my back door and I was right. My door was just slightly smaller than the minimum height recommended. The track on my door was about 1/8-1/4 inch too high so I had to get my angle grinder and cut off about 1/4 inch from the top piece. Easy enough. After that it fit perfect. If your door is within spec this should be pretty much plug and play for you. Some small issues I experienced: 1. the bolts that hold the 2 pieces together aren't flat so they create a small gap when you put the weather stripping over them. Would have been better to use counter sink bolts. 2. I bought the medium size door and it works great for my cats and terrier, but not my chihuahua. The bottom of the door is about 4-6 inches off the ground and he's just too short to get over it. Something to keep in mind if you have a short dog. I'm going to use something for steps or maybe put some kind of ramp there for him. 3. My door is severely out of square so there was a pretty big gap between the weather strip and my door. I had to use a dremel and sand off quite a bit of weather strip near the top and down towards the middle to get it flush w/ the door. I was hoping to be able to find some weather strip that wasn't so dense and would compress easily but didn't have any luck at walmart or lowes. Wasn't too bad but there was quite a bit of cleanup after. Unless your door is perfectly square you might run into a similar issue. 4. No matter how hard I try there's just no way for me to get the weather strip close/tight enough to close all the gaps around the edges. Not a big deal in the spring/fall, but could be more of a big deal in the middle of summer/winter. Right now for me (January 2023 in Cali) it's not too bad but I can still feel a very slight draft of cold air. If you live somewhere where there's extreme cold you might be impacted more. Those were the biggest issues for me. Other than that the door is easy enough to install and my cats love it. Funny enough, my terrier still doesn't know he can let himself out/in, but my cats learned almost right away. Seems like my chihuahua knows how to use it but he's just too short. And I love it because now I don't have to leave the door open anymore, which will help keep the bugs (especially mosquitos!) out. Not sure what I'm going to do this summer. I like to keep my window open as much as possible and use the AC as little as possible, so I might have to keep switching it between the screen track and glass door track. I didn't test it out on the screen track so I'm hoping it'll even fit there, I'll find out soon enough. Overall, glad I got it, price wasn't too bad, easy enough for me to modify to get it to fit, would recommend. Oh and no drilling too so that was a plus.

It didn't fit easily as advertised
Size: 7" x 11-1/4" Flap Size
Color: White
Nice craftsmanship, but because the height dimension range of this product was an inch smaller than the inside height measurements of my sliding glass door frame. I almost had to return it because the tolerances advertised didn't include that one inch difference to finagle it into position. Fortunately, after disassembling as much as I could and trying different approaches to make it fit. I was finally able to install it by softly tapping on the upper edge gently with a rubber mallet unit it slipped into position.

Pet door
Size: 7" x 11-1/4" Flap Size
Color: White
I bought this for my cats. 🐈 It took them a few days to figure out how to go through the flap but it sure does make life easier when you don’t have to open the door constantly to let your pet in and out all day, everyday. 🐱

Not perfect, but great product idea
Size: 7" x 11-1/4" Flap Size
Color: White
The media could not be loaded. I live in a condo and have a pee pad in a pee pad holder on the balcony. Since I’m on the third floor, I usually leave the sliding glass door slightly open while I’m away so my Bichon Frise can go outside. But in the winter/summer I can’t do it without turning off the heat or AC and coming home to a freezing or overheated home. I was thrilled when I found this product. Pros: Easy to install: setting up the door was very easy. But then, I got frustrated because it was not fitting into the track. However, I tilted it a bit and it was able to fit my 78 1/4 inch door. Once in place I locked it in. It was sturdy and fit perfectly. Flap: Works well, but I may have opted for the larger flap. My dog fits through it fine, but doesn’t have much room to wiggle through it. The video is from his first time using it. I’m sure he will get better at it with time. Cons: Weatherproofing: Not very weatherproof. This door may work best for those living in climates where the temperatures are above 40*. Weatherstripping is provided and it does help. But it does not seal the temperatures out perfectly. You may need to buy more weatherstripping to help with this. Personally, it’s better than leaving the door slightly open in the winter months to let him out. If we get massive temperature drops, I might have to remove the door temporarily. Locking: Your sliding door will no longer lock. This is not a problem for those living in upper level condos or apartments, but you will have to purchase a lock bar for the sliding door if it’s on a ground floor.

Best overall
Size: 7" x 11-1/4" Flap Size
Color: White
We 've ordered one for backyard door for our cat. Then decided to get the second one for front door))). because we have tired from mew-mew to open and close the front door for this little hunter. Love the product. Sturdy, easy to install. The only drawback it is kind of heavy metal bar at the bottom of swinging door, so our hairless cat sometime hesitate to go through because not "in mood" to get strong touch on his back. But it is minor, when he needed, he goes straight forward without any hesitation. Recommend it!
