  • Great service and product!
You'll need a tiny screw driver to get it opened. The first one I got had a screw too tight, and I stripped it trying to get it opened so that I could put batteries in. I contacted Amazon for a replacement and they sent me one right away! The button is a good size, it's not too hard for my dog to trigger with his snout or his paw. The recorded voice sounds pretty good compared to other button brands that are more expensive that I've used for my nonverbal students. I'm excited to see my dog use this independently to tell me he wants to go outside. We are working on it! ... show more

  • Annoying base sound
I did like the idea of the product but my dog never took to it it’s easy to install and remove with a piece of Velcro. The base sound is annoying and the recording sound quality is about a 7/10 so I tried recording on it but even that was off so I had to suffer with the base bell before I gave up on it ... show more

  • Good price and quality
I got this in the mail fairly quick and was easy to use. The instructions made it easy to use and install on our door. My only issue is that if you decide to record your own voice, the sound quality isn’t so great and sounds a bit staticky. But other than that, it works well and does the job for a cheap price. ... show more

  • Teaching gadget
I am sure works well for a dog. I bought it for my cat. She doesn't press it but when I do she comes running for dinner. Recorded message " EAT EAT"

  • Too hard to press
When the corners or the edges of the button are pressed it won't activate the button. This button maybe made a sound once every third or forth click, even when you did press directly on the center. It ended up making my dog very frustrated because when they tried pressing the button we could both hear the mechanical click of the button being pushed down but it would not activate the sound. It ended up making my dog upset. She stopped wanting to play with it altogether and even needed retraining when we tried to go back to her original bell that we used before I bought this button. She needed to relearn that she could press on her bell and trust that it would always make a sound because she thought that it wouldn't work because this bell didn't work. Would not recommend. Would not buy again. Rethinking purchasing anything from this brand in the future. ... show more

  • Nice concept - Update!
Not sure the doorbell can be heard unless the house is quiet and we are in the same room. Button is very difficult to push for me so not sure my 9-pound will be able to mash it to ring the bell. Just got it today-will update in about a week. Update: For about a week now, we have been stepping on the button when we take our almost 4-month old puppy out, but she has not taken to following suit, until this morning. Today without being prompted she stepped on the button, I heard the bell and promptly let her out with much praise. Success! ... show more
