Great ice pack. I like that it folds and stays very, very cold. That's such a great feature, because it fits in the freezer so much, it's nicer. It is very durable, and I think it'll last a long time. The extra stitching around the edges is great too. Sometimes these things leak, I don't think that'll happen with this one. The folds also make it nicer. When you have a smaller spot, you need to ice. The five dollar coupon helped as well.

I have been using these for the past couple of years for hip and knee surgeries and they have been easy to use, stay usefully cold for nearly 2 hours and are big enough to cover a large area. I especially enjoy that they stay pliable even when frozen. I have not used them for heat.

Not as good as the Flexkold ice paks. Gets really stiff and not as flexible. Using this on my neck for neck injury and severe tight neck muscles. Good length and width and stays cold awhile but gave 4 stars instead of 5 for the rigidity when frozen
