No...just no
You know how you read reviews that people took a chance on something and it turned out to be awesome? This is not one of THOSE reviews. I did so much research, looking for a replacement for our bigger unit (a NEWAIR) that had its timer go out. THAT machine would make 50# of ice a day--good firm bullet ice in three sizes. When I ordered this one, a Newair replacement did not show up in my search. So, after reading every review of every bullet ice maker, I settled for this one. Monthly, we host a bunch of golfers, sticking their bare hands into our ice maker for an extended happy hour--we go through a lot of ice! The Newair kept up great. So, this little thing arrives today. It makes about 3" of thin, watery bullets that melt on contact with a cocktail. After about a half an hour, the level of ice never increased and it appeared to go into some holding pattern that wasn't going to increase. Many of the ice makers I read about describe "chewable" ice... WHAT? Well, what that would tell me is that the ice bullets would be very soft--almost all water. THAT'S what this ice maker makes! One step away from mush. Put those in a vodka tonic, you get water/vodka and tonic. Very displeased. If you're serious about your ice, this is NOT the maker for you.

Compact and quick ice maker
GREAT little ice machine. I have had a few different ice makers over the years and they really do just keep getting better. This machine is quick-much quicker than others I’ve had. Also smaller, but in a good way. Some just take up your whole counter and my kitchen’s just not big enough for that. But it still holds more than enough ice. I have 2 kids and we all use this. We can all make drinks with some left over. My daughter and I love to make fun aesthetic drinks, especially in the summer, and we love the nugget ice for that. She also just grabs a cup of it sometimes because she likes soft ice. Also will mention it’s not nearly as loud as others I’ve had. They all do make some noise but past ones I’ve had sounded like a freight train and this doesn’t. Good price on this one, and I’ve been happy with it.

Produces heat
This device produces too much heat when making ice. Ice is very cute, but the room heats up to much during this process. Returned.

Would not recommend
Ice maker does not drop ice to holder and tells you that the ice compartment is full. Makes alot of noise. Would not recommend. Very disappointed. Also ice melts quickly. Small ice hold up better than the large

Good but small sizes
Does the job well. However, it’s smaller than my last ice maker. And the cubes are smaller also. But the taste is very good and not very greasy.

Quality ice maker
Best ice maker I've had so far! It self cleans, a big plus, has an option for larger or smaller cube size, has a large basket to hold more ice, and is so much quieter than my last ice maker. I got it on sale, but even at original price it's worth the money. Good purchase!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
This ice maker is honestly ridiculous. The ice stops making when the bin is barely halfway full, and then it tells me the ice is “FULL” when it is VERY clearly NOT FULL. As you can see, there is still a ton of empty space in the bin, yet the machine refuses to make any more ice. I have to constantly mess with it just to get it to start making ice again. I bought an ice maker because I wanted ice, not an appliance that decides for itself when it’s done working. 🤦♀️ Extremely frustrating and completely defeats the purpose of having an ice maker. Would not recommend this product at all.
