Works fast, doesn’t hold alot of ice.

Only had this thing for 2 days. I cant keep up with the amount of ice its producing. Only drawback so far is that the basket doesn’t hold much ice and needs to be emptied every hour if your trying to generate enough ice for company coming over. I transfer it into my freezer. Also, the water reservoir isnt that large either, so you need to add water frequently as well. All gripes aside, its working really well, and seems to be making ice even faster then every 6 minutes.

I had this for a couple of months and let’s just say this is definitely the best! No leakage, hardly takes up space, doesn’t take no more than 1-2 mins to make ices. Functions nice and have great instructions. It holds a lot of ice as well.

Omg this is so cute! I just love this little ice maker. It makes ice super fast it's quiet as well. It tells you we t you need to dump the ice and when it's time to refill the water. Very self explanatory. The instructions are also easy to follow. Defiantly worth the purchase

This thing is amazing! It is just as described. I looked at so many reviews of this and other ones. The common complaint was the ice freezes into one big hunk. It started that way for me. It holds way more water than ice it makes off of it. You need to empty the ice out of it every few cycles. keep in mind this is NOT a freezer really. Makes a ton of ice and quickly. Altho it does produce cold air as a by product of the ice making, it doesnt make it to keep the ice frozen. The ice does get dumped with "water" on the outside of the ice from the way it is made. I found the work around of the big block of ice was to first put the bin full of ice in a bowl and once fully "dry/frozen" put it in you big ice bin breaking apart anything that froze together. I use alot of ice and made dang near a weeks worth in a day. Also it is pretty quiet just a hum like a desk top computer fan running.

Works well does not clean well

This ice maker works well and I kept in on consistently for the last few months. HOWEVER, it is a complete pain to clean. Bacteria builds up in the little crevices of the machine. That scary pink stuff!!I am constantly on the look out for it. I only fill it with clean filtered water and I wash the scoop every night in the dishwasher. I’m not mechanically inclined so I don’t want to risk unscrewing things to clean so it takes me approx 20 mins every week to clean it so that I don’t get sick. I know there has got to be a better way. I wish I could give this machine 5 starts because it works well but not being able to clean it and worrying about contamination is a big problem for me.
