I love it so far. The only dislike I have with it is the fact that the ice melts in the bucket if you leave it in there too long. So as long as you unload it within 30ish minutes, you're good.

Purchased this ice maker at the end of January. Have had the ice maker for a little over 2 months. Put the ice maker into the cleaning mode. After all was said and done. Plugged it back in. Filled the reservoir with water and now it will not make ice. The tray that makes the ice is continuously going up and down doesn't stop even when it's powered off. Unplugged it for a little while. Tried to see if it would reset. Still continuously goes up and down. Does not cool. Fan does not come on and does not fill with water. Very disappointed in this product as I read a lot of the reviews reached out to tech support. They were no help whatsoever. Tried to go to the manufacturer's website and it's telling me it's no longer available.

I bought this to use while traveling and boy I sure am glad I did. Makes ice just as much ice, just as fast as my Igloo ice maker at half the price :) Its a bit noisy but wow is it convenient!

I have no problems with this machine, it cranks out 9 little bullet ice cubes every few minutes, and they are just perfect for water bottles as well as a glass. I barely hear anything but the little cubes falling into the basket, and it sits on the microwave about 10 feet from me.

The ice basket is designed wrong . Constantly stops making ice because of the basket design always says basket full, I have to unplug it at times after turning it off, as it keeps running

Bought this on 6/24/23. It stopped working on 6/24.24! Hmm... Haven't been completely happy with it. It's loud, for one. The main issue is that it doesn't dump the ice fully into the bucket, and then says that the bucket is full, so every time I walked by, I had to flick the one piece of ice into the bucket so it would continue to work. As others have mentioned, the bucket is not refrigerated, so once it's full you have to then dump it into some other receptacle and put it in your freezer. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star because I do like the color/styling. Overall, however, I can't recommend.
