So I've had the cube tracker going on 3 mths now and after a rocky start which was a DOA tracker.. yep after i started service it wouldn't work but here is the kicker after bout 4 hours i was contacted by a cube representative and I hadn't even reached out to anyone yet about my trouble that's right blew my mind they contacted me and told me exactly what was wrong and over nighted me a new tracker didn't even bother asking me to send the DOA back and credited me my month 19.95 back for my trouble which was by far the worst best trouble I've had in a min.. so now that they treated me like a customer which I've totally forgotten what that's like.. I felt like I could at least give my thoughts on the cube and how its held up.. so it took me a few days to get the hang of it but after I figured out what I was doing its really easy and very accurate like very accurate to the direction and all I have no problem finding my pet and the piece of mind I get knowing where he is this is like the best thing ive gotten for my pet now with that said It did look huge around my cat but now I dont even notice it, but its big, and the battery life is good could be better but it depends on what settings you put the tracker on also the geo fencing is not going to be your back yard it's like a hugh radius the app is kinda like most apps if you have old phone yeah you need to upgrade or be prepared to force stop alot cuz the app runs in the background all the time.. overall tho if your worried about your pet and want to be sure this is the tracker it works just fine and lastly the tracker will fit on a collar but trust me just get the attachments they sell because it will make your life easier putting the tracker on the collar after charging it. ... show more

I have 3 dogs ranging from 50 to 70 lbs. Living in the country, on 70 acres, my dogs go outside unattended several times a day. For the most part, they stay close to home. However, they may leave the area around my home, at times. One of my dogs was injured a couple months ago, prompting me to look into the ability to track her location. The Cube GPS has worked pretty well to accomplish this! It does take some time to understand the Cube's capabilities and functions. The virtual fence is a little larger than I'd prefer at 200m, but that's a minor issue. There is a feature to "ring" the Cube. This makes a beeping sound come from the collar. Unfortunately, this only works when within Bluetooth range. It would be helpful to have the sound work at all times as my dogs have been trained to return (with other training collars) when they hear a "beep" from their collars. The monthly fees of $19.95 (or yearly for $200) does add up when you have 3 pets to track. So far, I've only used one Cube GPS for one month, to trial the device. I am satisfied with the device and am planning on using Cube GPS with my other two dogs in the next couple of days. Overall, I'm happy with using the Cube GPS with my dog. ... show more

I had the smaller version of Cube but had to wire it to the battery or connect it to the OBD. This is MUCH better. It's been on the truck for a week now and working great and still full battery. I highly recommend it, at the current discounted price I may buy one or two more for backups.

I returned this one so I can’t speak to how the tracker actually works. I wish they could make GPS trackers smaller than this. I would love to know where the heck my cat is disappearing to every day. lol. Buts it’s just a too large for his neck, and his collars will not work with it, so I would have to invest more money into this. Not to mention, the subscription is way too pricey for my liking. Would work much better on a big dog IMO ... show more

Great customer service. Responded quickly to all my questions directly from thier app and email. Easy to use. The location accuracy could be a little more accurate. there's a difference between the gps tracker while 'live' and just in normal use. Will buy again.
