I like how good the hearing aid fits the ear. They work great and the service team are great. I have experienced problems with the on and off switches and they are working on it. Thanks Ina for all your help.

    • Didn't charge properly out of the box
Color: Blue & Red with White Base
Opened package and placed both in charger at 2PM and eight hours both were still blinking red. Next morning R side LED had turned blue but L side LED was red and two days later was still blinking red. Am returning and Amazon requires that I drive to a UPS dropoff point or pay $7.99 for pickup.

I wrote a very nice review about your company ( IBstone vive20) hearing aides on Amazon. (Bought through them if I had a problem returning ) First customer person I spoke with Ina was quite helpful. Ina was wonderful, second service person was quite helpful also but she didn’t follow through . That’s fine. Because Ina reached out to me and will be sending me the small domes. So people shouldn’t be so harsh when dealing with customer service representatives. It takes time for your brain to adjust to a new sound and you need to try all the rubber heads to see which are the best fit. I also started at number 1 and each day I increased the length of time I wore them. It took about a week to figure it all out. If you call customer service they really take their time to help. I have the aides that fit behind ear with a tube to ear canal. ... show more

I have bought Ibstone CiC K17 hearing aids before and was super impressed. Well because of my mistake my did had eaten my last pair,lol,and so I figured I'd go with a knock off brand and let me tell you it was Awful!! So awful that within 2 days I reordered form these guys again!! The generic brand I couldn't listen to music,or have my windows in the car ,the experience was awful,but with Ibstone I really have ZERO complaints,I can listen to my music loudly,I can have windows down without a bunch of interference or feedback!! 100% recommended these,they are the ONLY guys I'll buy from ,from now on.... Without Question!! They also don't hurt your ear like the other ones do!! ... show more
