I have had this for a couple weeks and am happy with this hot tub so far. Great size, but I wont be putting more than 4 adults in at a time. Set up was simple. Took a little less than 48 hours to go from 60 to 100 degrees with the cover on. Plenty of air pressure to give you enough bubbles for a real hot tub feel. Quieter than a real hot tub. There is 2 things I don’t love about this. First, the cover is two pieces: the inflatable insulation and the fabric exterior. This becomes a bit of a pain when taking it on and off. I plan on using some contact adhesive to solve this. Second, the bubbles will run for 20 mins then shut off. In order to restart you have to wait 10 mins before it will work again. That is a huge bummer when your trying to enjoy your hot tub. Besides those issues this is a great hot tub for the price!

Love the hot tub! Easy quick set up for one person. Make sure you put an insulated ground cover down under the tarp that comes with. One negative is you have to run the heater for at least 2 days to get it warm. Even in the summer. Make sure you have bladder and cover on when heating. Customer support is terrible, never got back to me. Googled inflatable hot tub for help on heating up.

It's not a 10K spa and you're not going to get a full 10k spa experience. Just like a new Kia isn't a Ferrari. But it's absolutely worth every penny! I love it! I really wish I had bought this sooner!

Big and roomy but doesn’t stay hot at hog temp with the cover off. Also, when it heats up to the desired temp, it doesn’t cut off like it should. I guess I have to keep saying the same thing to the seller! I’m not illiterate…it’s defective. They have to make it right and send a replacement box or it’s going back.
