Quiet, efficient heater that keeps the space warm without the scent that comes with kerosene or forced air heaters. The 24 hour timer works great and I also greatly appreciate the power draw settings as I use this in an outbuilding and need to take care to avoid overloading the breakers.

Put it in my living room heated the whole room up worked great. Next day, put it in a small bedroom with the door closed went in later. The room wasn’t even warm. The radiator sides were really hot. Sending it back not happy.

I was surprised by how small this unit is. The dimensions in the description are accurate; I just didn't look at them. That said, the unit works as described. It has multiple heat settings, and you can make adjustments from the control panel or the handy remote. I was a little disappointed by the timer selections. I was hoping that I could set a time of day for the unit to turn on and off, but that is not possible. How it works is this: when it is ON, you can set a number of hours for it to stay ON before it turns itself OFF. If it is OFF, you can set the number of hours it will stay OFF, before it automatically turns ON. It is a nice little unit, but it doesn't put out a lot of heat, even at the highest setting. It will warm a small room, but a medium to large room (or even a small room with a vaulted ceiling) will probably not heat to your liking. I also agree with another reviewer who noted that the power cord attaches at a bad location. It's not for me, but I gave it 4 stars because it is well made and works as described.

This is a nice unit. The remote is great, easy to use and lets you lock out the touch control panel, so little fingers can't play. It has a timer feature and you typically don't see that on these units in this really good price range. It provides great radiant heat, goes up to 95 but 75 is plenty in this 700 sq foot room. It heats up fast and heats up the air quickly too. Nice long cord and the unit itself is a nice design. I would have preferred the cord winder to be on the back, but it's not that big a deal.

Couple things to note about this. First, the heater does not get that hot. I thought it would get much higher than 95*, but that is it. The second thing to note, and this is why I gave it a one star, is it will only stay on for 24 hours at a time. Meaning, if you have a garage that is insulated that you are trying to keep warm, you have to remember to keep turning it back on after 24 hours. Really a pain, I wish I could get my money back but the window to return closed. Edit: Company made it right with me.

Let me tell you, folks — this product is beautifully designed. Really terrific build quality, strong, solid — just like we like it. The remote? Absolutely fantastic. You don’t even have to leave your bed — you can adjust the temperature right there, total luxury. Nobody has ever seen anything like it. Now, I will say — it’s black, not gold. Would’ve been tremendous in gold, believe me. But the customer service? The best I’ve ever seen on Amazon. Nobody’s even close. Tremendous people, they took care of everything quickly and perfectly. Absolutely first class! Thanks for your attention to this matter.
