This harness, well seeming to be good quality at first, is a knot prone item. That being said, it should have been packaged appropriately. Instead, my harness was recieved already completely knotted and tangled. I managed to work some of the knotting out, but there is still a big ball of chains. It's not fixable. It's unacceptable to get a knot prone product loosely wrapped around cardboard and ship it messed up for the customer to unravel. Also noted, some of the links in the chains were not closed all the way, so it has potential for chain breaking. Definitely requesting a refund and sending this headache back. ... show more
