We did a lot of research on patio sets and settled on this set, and super happy we did. What a great value! It's very attractive and heavy duty. And the fire table lights with the first click of the ignitor switch, and puts out really great heat. Bonus - it actually came with the glass wind deflector (which isn't noted or shown in their listing - thought we were going to have to buy one). Product came earlier than expected and showed up in three shipments over three days, which was just fine because there is a bit of assembly work required (which for some of the pieces it was a 2 person job). These chairs are perfect for our back porch. I am 5'5" tall and they are very comfortable for me. My husband is 6'5" and the back is not as comfortable for him. I like that the back cushion is not attached so you can move it around to be more comfortable if you are reclining with your feet up versus sitting upright.

We ordered the 5 piece gray wicker set with 2 swivel chairs, sofa and ottomans. The set came in two boxes as expected. After assembling the set and putting in natural light there was an obvious difference of color between the chairs and the rest of the set. The chairs appeared more brown than gray. It appears that the set is actually made for different companies because the cushions have tags that say two different brand names on them. The seller offered to give us a credit for them not matching but when you spend $900 for a matching set, you just want a matching set. After some back and forth with the company they agreed to send a new set of swivel chairs and they match the set much better and we sent the other chairs back. I’m much happier with the set now.

I was skeptical when I saw the boxes that arrived. I did not think all the furniture could fit in such compact boxes and then I became impressed as everything was neatly, efficiently inside and in good order. It was quick and easy to assemble and the end result is good high-quality outdoor patio furniture for a fair cost. It's much less than I was going to pay on Wayfair And I've had a very bad experience with their delivery team. I love the color of the rattan and cushions. I'm very happy with the purchase! My one suggestion to the manufacture is to slightly reduce the size of the Ottoman cushion and improve the way it attaches to the Ottoman. It's a little larger than the Ottoman and held on by two buttons. Hopefully this won't prove to be a problem, but I think it's design could be improved. I'd suggest an inset in the ottoman with a tight fitting cushion.

Whats wrong with this picture? My beef is not with the product it looked great even in the packaging. My issue lies with the lack of care with someone else’s property. It should be so simple…its not yours, don’t damage it. Have a little courtesy and respect. I was looking forward to putting this set on my patio and enjoying it. Instead I will be loading a dusty ass box into my car. EDIT: 12/30/2024- If your package arrives damaged, be prepared to fight for your money. It has been more than 10 days and they have offered everything but my money back. Avoid this company at all costs

Assembled swivel glider chairs and found they do not glide. I’ve taken them apart and tried different ways. I even watched a YouTube demo. I went as far to get a handy man and he was baffled with the mechanism. They look great but totally unhappy with the mechanical side of it. Has anyone else had this problem?
