The treadmill is lightweight, easy to move, and stores conveniently under my bed or sofa. It does require the remote to turn on and operate, which needs two AAA batteries (not included). The controls are straightforward. I have mainly used the timer function for 30 minutes, the auto-start feature, and manual speed adjustments. Everything functions smoothly, and the treadmill is impressively quiet—even when running. I weigh 180 lbs and the treadmill feels sturdy and stable during use. Despite being lightweight, it supports my weight easily and runs smoothly without shaking or excess noise. I am 5’2” and have several injuries that make lifting or moving heavy things difficult, yet I can easily move this treadmill on my own. Overall, this is a fantastic walking treadmill—quiet, compact, sturdy, and simple to use. It is perfect for small spaces and daily walking or light running. I highly recommend it.

This walking pad treadmill is an excellent solution for getting more steps in while working or watching televisio. I was immediately impressed by the solid build and sturdiness of this compact unit. Despite its slim profile, it has a generous 330 lbs weight capacity and feels completely stable even during a brisk walk. The 2.5 HP low noise motor is an attractive feature. It truly runs quietly, keeping the noise level under 45dB, which means I can easily use it during video calls without being a distraction. The machine is compact, making it perfect for use under my standing desk and simple to store away under a sofa or bed using the built in rollers. It is truly appropriate to put this in my bedroom. The one improvement I would suggest is making the remote control easier to manage. Since the remote is the sole means of turning the machine on, turning it off, and adjusting the speed, I cannot risk losing it. The remote control should be magnetically attached to the treadmill to prevent misplacement, ensuring the entire unit remains fully functional.

Motor is greatly underpowered for basic use. It cannot keep constant speed, difficult to match step by step. Provided oil dries in one day, make sure to purchase extra. Way too short for regular step, you will have to walk in small steps. Rear belt guides can catch your shoe and rip it off.
