The Huano 2-in -1 Electric chair lift has been a savior for my dear friend who has MS and unfortunately falls a lot. Her MS makes it very difficult for her to get up after a fall, and even though the fire department always shows up quickly and the fire men and women are always so incredibly helpful, it’s difficult to have to rely on them every time she falls. So after a lot of research I discovered this amazing chair lift and it has made her life so much better!! The chair lift arrived in a rather large box. It wasn’t incredibly heavy but I did need some assistance. I also expected this given the size of the product. The product was packaged safely and Styrofoam It came with very easy and clear direction and there is minimal work to be done to set this up It’s very simple You just have to snap the back into place Plug the remote control into the cord that is attached to the back of the seat and you’re good to go. My friend and her family were definitely skeptical. They didn’t believe that this would work for her. But we gave it a try, and within a minute, my dear friend, was being lifted off the ground safe safely I can’t tell you to look on her face was so priceless She was smiling from ear to ear It was like she finally had something that gave her a little bit of freedom That feeling that she realize that she would not have to wait on the floor for the fire department to come and get her up, or have her husband or myself try to pull her up This chairlift gives her a sense of freedom and independence I know she wishes she didn’t fall the way she did, but sadly it is the nature of the beast that is MS This chair is so well-made, very easy to operate, it’s sturdy My friend is on the heavier side and this chair lifts her up no problem. It functions better than we expected it would, and my friend is comfortable while being raised off the floor. Even though the fire department is very gentle with my friend, it’s never comfortable being pulled up. This chair alleviates the need for pulling, it’s better for her body and less apt to cause damaged the way being pulled and yanked could. Another great aspect of this chair is that it folds up and we can put it behind the couch. It has a handle on it so it’s very easy to pick up and move when needed. The portability of this chair makes me love it even more. We bought this on a special deal, it was worth every penny!! We are buying a second one for their second home when they go to Florida for the winter. We have realized that we can’t live without this chair, we love it so much!! This is a must have for any person who is a fall risk, any disabled person in need of lift assists and any elderly person. As you can tell we are very happy with this amazing two in one electric chairlift It brings a sense of safety to my friend who is disabled, a sense of relief to her family, knowing that they can get her off the floor without having to call the fire department, it’s portable and given the size it’s actually lighter weight than expected. This is a must-have this is absolutely wonderful it holds a very heavy weight very dependable it does not feel scary you stick to it and sit very well have had no issues and use 3 to 4 times a week it's easy to install I highly recommend getting this makes life a lot easier

Bought this for a family member who is prone to falls. I haven't had to use it yet, but I have tested it out and it works great and is easy to operate. I love that it is portable and can be taken to the person who has fallen, right where they are. It is kind of heavy, but I think it has to be so that it is sturdy enough to support the person and lift them up. It raises to about chair height.

I bought this chair because I am no longer able to climb out of my outdoor swimming pool (after daily Aquatherapy) resulting from paralyzed legs, osteoarthritis, and shoulder rotator cuffs lacking cartilage. While designed for a bathtub, not a pool, I can back up the pool step by step and lift my bottom onto the chair backwards at a 45-degree angle. When elevated to maximum height, I can transfer to my outdoor wheelchair bracing myself with a pool rail. I keep one of the flaps folded so that I don’t break it when I transfer. I reckon that the flaps exist to promote stability; I find them a bit annoying and I certainly wouldn’t rest my body weight on one. (I weigh 155 pounds) I would characterize this as both a design and an engineering issue and my only reason for a 4-star rating; else I would give a definite 5. That said, I’m quite pleased with the chair and buying a second as a backup. I cannot get out of my pool unassisted without it. Because the unit is ostensibly waterproof, I don’t worry about leaving the chair outside in the rain; however I do keep the remote is a waterproof pouch just to be safe. My husband does bring the chair inside every couple of weeks to recharge it (probably more often than necessary, but I can’t risk the battery sputtering on me while getting out of the pool). This will disclose that I write this review independently; the vendor has not reached out to me. In addition to a backup chair for the pool, I will likely buy a third to keep in the master bath spa that I can similarly no longer climb in and out of (again the vendor’s representing waterproof integrity). If the vendor were to offer me a better deal if I were to buy more of these I would gratefully accept.

Life saver!! My husband had MS and is in a wheelchair full time. Once in a while he falls out of his chair or falls during a transfer. In the last 5 years, I have stubbornly struggled to manage his falls on my own and refused to call 911. I was looking for a lift for years but couldn’t find anything under a couple grand. Finally, we found this and today we had to use it. We charged this thing months ago and when we needed it today, it was still charged. I was able to get my husband off the floor and back into his chair in 10 mins, with no pain! Amazing, game changing, life saver. Thank you for making this affordable finally!

The product advertises, in the instructions, to be ONLY used in a bathtub. My nurse daughter recommended it. My wife seems to fall weekly. It gets embarassing to call 911, although wife enjoys the firemen's attention! She fell just a moment ago and was able to scoot her bottom onto the chair while it was collapsed. It worked great! It liftd her to about the height of a kitchen chair and was subwequently able to stand! That, in my opinion, paid for the cost right there., It's very sturder and fulfilled it's purpose! Highly recommended!

First. I got this item because my wife had trouble getting in and out of bed or the car. This chair lift is just the right item. Sure makes it easy for her. I would like to add a update. I have had to use this item four times so far. Just this morning when my wife slip off the bed onto the floor. The chair was setup and in 8mins I had her back up and back in bed. Great product for sure.
