    • Faulty batteries, bad customer service
Company sells dead batteries that even once charged won't hold a charge. Customer service insists that it is my fault that the batteries are faulty. For what I paid for these batteries they should come charged and ready to work. 3 months I have been fighting with them to get good batteries, still sitting with dead ones. ... show more

I purchased this battery as a replacement for the factory unit in my daily driver, and so far it has been performing very well. Installation was straightforward, and it fit the battery tray exactly as expected with no modifications needed. The terminal locations matched my vehicle perfectly, making the swap quick and painless. The first thing I noticed after installation was how confidently it starts the engine. The vehicle fires up immediately, even after sitting for a few days. While I haven't had the chance to test it in extremely cold winter temperatures yet, the 680 CCA rating gives me confidence that it will handle cold-weather starts much better than an aging battery. One of the reasons I chose this battery was because my vehicle uses an automatic start-stop system. Those systems can be tough on traditional batteries, and AGM technology is much better suited for the frequent engine restarts that occur during everyday driving. The battery seems to recover quickly and has had no trouble keeping up with the electrical demands of the vehicle. I also appreciate that it's completely maintenance-free. There is no need to check fluid levels or worry about adding water over time. I got this to use with a solar power system and a 12V AC inverter. It provides consistent, clean power and fast recharge times. As you'd expect with any lead-acid based battery, it's quite heavy, but the upside is a wide range of operating temperatures compared to LiFePO4. Even so, it's relatively compact for smaller spaces. The 720Wh of runtime is plenty for smaller electronics, LED lights, or similar low-draw devices for an extended period while still providing some limited uptime for higher draw devices. ... show more
