The media could not be loaded. Bought this for tattooing and it only works best with there brand of stencils. I tried using a better brand of paper and it kept sting the paper wa loaded incorrectly but it was in perfect. It all feeds the part bad. It pulls the yellow side in to fast and messes up the stencil. It also doesn’t do the stencil very dark. I got one stencil to print out decent, but it was a very basic design. This is a great thermal printer, once you get the hang of it and learn how to use it. The app is okay, but I definitely use my computer with it more than the app because I can't quite figure out how to move the image so it doesn't use up an entire sheet of transfer paper because it wants to print directly in the center of the page.
