Will not print with black ink cartridges. I've called HP several times. The first time I was attempting to use the ink they sent in the actual HP printer box. I was told the ink cartridge was faulty when I called. I was sent a new trial cartridge from HP as a result of the initial call. I installed their second cartridge. It worked for a while. When it ran out, I installed a new cartridge and received the same error messages. I called a couple of more times and have been "disconnected". During the last HP call I was told that the error message was from an off brand cartridge I purchased. However, the cartridges HP sent also did not work... Wasted funds and at least an hour of phone calls. ... show more

Easy to set up. Works perfectly so far. It will not let you skip numbers all at once to print, it has to be consecutive. Prints well, not hard to use at all. I print wireless from my laptop and iPhone with no problem. Unless the ink is crazy expensive, I am happy with my purchase.

So far the printer is working well. The ink sent with it DID NOT work in the printer. The printer only accepts HP ink. I had to buy ink when it was advertised it came with ink. I feel that the ink you sent, needs replaced with HP XL cartridges, since I had to buy ink. Thanks
