So far I really like the scooter I bought. I will give this a five star rating. I recommend ELDRYVON Scooters to everyone. When it came in the mail one of the batteries was damaged. I contacted ELDRYVON and they replied in I believe less than 24 hours. They sent me a new battery replacement. I use this scooter when we go shopping and don’t have to worry about the battery going dead like the Scooters provided by the stores. The scooter stops fast. The ride is smooth and easy on my back. It came 5 days early would have been great if I was not out of town. Luckily I live in rural area good neighborhoods untouched but no batteries. Put it together easily lite compared to pride revo it's a great scooter but heavy hard to travel with. This is almost half the weight. I'm 6'1 was worried about fitting I do if I ever get the batteries I can see 👀 😅 how it runs ... show more

I would HIGHLY recommend this scooter and company!!!!! I bought this to take to Disney World. I knew due to a back injury I would not be able to walk the parks. I was soooo impressed with how easy it was to control and very comfortable!! I went on the last ride of the night and I LOST THE KEYS!!!! After walking it back to the parking lot which was much easier than anticipated, I sent an email to this company to see if they had a key they could send me. This email was sent at 1:30 AM and to my surprise when I woke at 9:30 AM there was a response. They had a spare key and just asked for the order #!!!! In less the a week I had new keys and just in case a new ignition!!! I’m thrilled the keys work without changing the ignition!!!!! WOW!!!! I would not hesitate to purchase anything from here!!!!!!!! ... show more

This is a great little scooter! Holds a charge really well and is handy to get around the neighborhood. I've had it for a month or so now and ride it almost every day. It has 2 baskets so I can carry items from the store or even put my cats in the baskets to take them for a ride. A small dog would fit as well. For the price you really can't go wrong. Also their customer service was prompt with responding to my questions and have followed up on their own without me asking more questions. Great customer service is hard to come by these days yet they have proven to be the best! ... show more
