The instructions state to press the plus button to turn on and off the egg turning setting, but I press it once and a few hours later I go to check and the egg rotation icon is off again. Is this normal? It's almost as inconvenient as having to turn the eggs by hand. Also It won't keep temperature. *Updated* biggest of all has been the piece of plastic canvas that is used during lock down does not serve it's purpose. I woke up and had 1 egg hatch. My bird died due to the poor design. The quail crawled out of the egg on to the mat and the mat sagged allowing the quail to fall and drownd in the water reservoir. Had to go to the hobby shop and get my own plastic canvas and make a property fit mat myself. So mad. ... show more

I ordered this with the hopes I could incubate more than 12-16 eggs, it pictures an entirely different product. I was able to barely fit 16 Serema eggs. Don’t buy for full size poultry. If I wasn’t so busy, I’d return it! Boo!

We received incubator as promised. We are currently testing with some fresh chicken eggs. Not yet sure of outcome yet. Easy to use, all automatic. Eill update review if any issues arrive in a few weeks. If hens hatch.

Bought this because it uses water bottles to maintain moisture and was hoping to do 12 at a time. I understand the are two huge ones in there but no chance anyone could get 12 chicken eggs in there. Then I have tried different egg directions and they either role into the plastic edges or into each other and stop turning. The operating direction are very are pour. I’m definitely getting ride of this thing and try something else. ... show more

Doesn’t work won’t turn the eggs and power goes off and then it resets and the instructions are horrible I worked hard to purchase this piece of junk
