I bought this Hover-1 Stealth E-Scooter two months ago. Now, I need a new battery, just two months later. No one from Hover-1 wants to honor the Warranty. I have used this scooter 4-6 times, at a distance of 0.3 miles (0.5-0.6 round trip) to take my daughter to school in the same neighborhood. The hole (thread) screw that goes on the front of the handlebar (steering column) is broken. It broke alone, being parked in my house. The scooter is always inside my house, not in the garage or patio. I have it inside the house, so that it does not overheat with the heat of FL. If you are lucky, support will tell you to open a ticket. The Hover-1 Stealth E-Scooter isn't even on the item list so you can open the ticket. There are all the models, but this one is not! How the hell am I going to open a ticket then? Now, I need a battery, but Hover-1 not only does not honor my warranty, but it doesn't sell the battery either. And not to mention the plastic support of the Steering column. I was told that this was not included in the warranty. How can you see I have thrown away $899. I recommend that you go with Segway or Hiboy. true brands that respect their customers. They are not overpriced marks. You just pay for what you get: A quality product and excellent after-sale support. Forget hover-1. Forgot to tell you not to try to call the customer support line? You will only hear a recording that tells you to go to the website and open a ticket. lovely 🙄 To finish my review, the product description says "Dual Disc Brake". Which is totally false. This e-scooter comes with a single brake disc behind. That's it 🙄 ... show more
