The overall scooter runs okay, however if you get a flat tire it is close to impossible to repair on your own. The default tires comes with stupid valve stems that are so incredibly short that you cannot get any standard air gauge on to fill up the tires. I have even purchased a valve extended in efforts to be able to fill up the air on my tires. The design is incredibly stupid. Save your money and the trouble. 1 month into me having it I had a flat tire and had to replace if and go through the troubles of going to a shop and spending too much money to get it replaced. ... show more

The scooter looks really good. Was easy to put together. It is fun to drive. My wife used it to get around the area without any problems. The performance of the scooter is excellent for her . It was a great value for the price it was purchased for. 4 speed modes is an excellent feature. Having a basket was also nice. So far my wife loves the scooter. Only Bad : It did not come with the correct Allen key to tighten the seat in place but I had one from other items I had put together in the past. ... show more

While trying to tighten up the height adjustment of the seat clamps, we had everything tight, but as soon as we would put weight on it the seat would return to the lowest position. This is very disappointing as our son only weighs 120 pounds and is very long legged. In addition the screws to secure the handlebars didn’t line up properly. Got it for my girlfriend for her birthday and she loves it, but i think i love it more than she does honestly lol its a perfect around the neighborhood or small town scooter with decent battery life. 16mph too speed. I would totally give a 5 star if the seat stayed up…. I righted it so much that I literally couldn’t tighten anymore. Sat down and seat went down. Other then that great speed and comfy.
