This is our first airfryer. I cook in my large stove oven almost daily. The heat!!! So after much research, we ordered this one. Dual mode and temps for multiple dishes at one time. Can be synchronized to cook/arrive ready at the same time. Also can be used as one larger oven. Stainless steel so no coatings to worry about. Minimal smell first heating time. 2 yr warranty. Multiple pans, racks, oven divider, rotisserie hardware, plus Mitts and tongs. The airfryer works well. I ordered high temp heat resistant mat for underneath. Also a high heat silicone mat for the top. This allows me to use the top while cooking. Otherwise hot! It comes with some suggested temps, times for certain food items. However, I have experimented with lower heat temps and cooking times as a start. The directions encourage 4" clearance on all sides when in use. 2 air vents on the back and air vents on the front top above the doors. Don't block the flow. It is quiet when running. The glass doors are so easy to use, one or both at a time. A competitor's dual glass door air fryer has doors that slam shut unless all the way open. These are much easier to use. There is nothing about this airfryer/toaster oven I would change. I order 2 air fryer cook books on Kindle. The recipes are awesome. Thank you Hotking for a great product, so far. ... show more

I’ve been really impressed with this air fryer toaster oven. The dual-zone design makes it easy to cook two foods at different temperatures and have them finish around the same time. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and the controls are simple to use. One of the biggest reasons I chose it was to get away from cooking in plastic, and I like that the cooking area is stainless steel instead. I really like this oven, especially the dual oven feature. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating? Because the one stupid thing it doesn't do is allow you to turn on the oven light and LEAVE IT ON so you can see how meal is progressing or when it's done, to see what you are doing as you pull the HOT food out. Some product engineer was obviously doing crack on the day they designed the light. When you do turn it on, it only stays on for a short period of time AND once the oven shuts off, you can't turn the light on! Dumb. ... show more

This oven is a work horse! We love how we can cook dinner (different items w/different cooking times and temps) on both sides and the SYNC button gets both items ready at the same time. So cool! I saw a review stating it was loud. If yours is loud, something is wrong! We can’t believe how quiet it is! Our kitchen has a high ceiling and sounds echo in there. Even with those live acoustics, we barely notice it’s on. It does not keep us from having to adjust the kitchen TV volume or anything. It is very easy to switch between having 2 sides or using the whole oven. There’s a metal divider which is simple and quick to slide out and back in. The icing on the cake? ALL the racks that come with it: I saw some models similar to HotKing, but a higher price and a brand name. Those separate purchases can really add up if you buy all the pans for some other brands. HotKing gives you ALL as part of the package. There are 2 sheet pans: one for each side and a large one for the entire space. As well as a mesh basket for each of the 3 spaces and 3 regular oven-type racks. Nine racks in all. All included. All dishwasher safe. One caveat- we use parchment paper to line the baking pans, but be aware: make sure whatever food item that’s on the pan holds that parchment down. If it floats up when the air begins circulating, and your pan on the top rack, the paper will be flown up by the fan & could make contact with the heating element in the top of the oven. That could be a fire hazard. A easy fix: put your pan on the center rack. Make sure you have a rack - even empty- above it so the parchment can’t blow up to the element. The door has a guide printed on it showing which rack setting is for toast, which is to air fryer- but pro tip- for air fryer or Bake setting it doesn’t seem to matter. I looked a long time before deciding on this one. If that sounds like you - stop right there and hit the button to buy this one right now! We have used it every day except one (we went out of town) for the past 5 months and it is performing like a champ! The price is a great value for the $$!! We LOVE this oven/air fryer. I love the french door style and how you can divide it into 2 halves with 4 compartments or use the entire inside on its own. I also love that it’s not as huge as others but it’s still big enough to cook an entire rotisserie chicken or a meal for a family. It’s quiet, easy to use, safe and it cooks everything perfectly. It has so many features. Excellent quality and so far it seems easy to clean. The one thing I wish was different is the timer does not count down by the seconds. It counts down by the minute so one can think that it’s not cooking because you don’t see the timer counting down by the seconds. But once you know that, it’s not a big deal. I use air fryer/toaster ovens instead of my wall oven, so I have a lot of experience. This HotKing Dual zone oven is fantastic...and a lot of fun. So far I have used Side A (left half of oven) to toast bread, air fry French fries, and broil the BBQ sauce on a small rack of babyback ribs. I have used the AB (whole oven) to roast sheet pan veggies, bake an angel food cake, and reheat stir fried chicken and veggies. Settings are clear and easy to modify. Temps seem to be accurate. I do wish the settings would allow turning off convection fan and leaving on the interior light. Still...I am loving it! ... show more
