This fountain in very small. I am 5'7 and I have to bend to add water. It give water at room temperature or just a little a little cooler. The filter could be better. The only reason I have not returned it is because I don't have the time to take it to the drop off location near me.

I wanted a machine that would clean itself. This one is great! I am really happy that this also because it is a bottom loader and it's so easy to use. I easily am able to switch the bottles and since I have one 5 gallon and one 3 gallon, it's so simple to fit both of them and they run like a dream. It's not loud but it's hearable so keep that in mind if you don't like little background noises. You will hear the motor start and stop to cool or head the water in the tanks. We go through a lot of water and this is perfect too because it lets you know when you are getting low. I love this. ... show more
