    • Good Treadmill
This is an initial review of the Horizon 7.0 AT treadmill. I ordered the treadmill on Amazon 9/5/24. I was contacted by the seller to get some additional information for shipping the next day. A very quick response. The treadmill was shipped by truck freight on the 9th and I received it on the 16th. Fairly quick shipping. Due to the size of the truck and my limited space, I meet him at another location to pick it up. I got it home and unloaded from my pickup. It is a large box and very heavy. I suggest you have extra help to move it. I was able to handle it on my own and got it inside. Unpacking and assembly was straight forward. The only issue I had was 1 missing guide bolt. I was able work around that. Once set up, moving it around was fairly easy. Initial use has been good and everything works. As mentioned in other reviews, the speakers are lacking, but I use over the ear bone induction headphones. The only issue I have is getting the heart rate monitor to work. It was reading extremely high. Not a big deal for me as I use my Apple Watch, which is very accurate. Overall I am happy with the treadmill. I tell my husband all the time that this is my most favorite gift I have received. I was never one for going for a walk or running but that's changed now. I typically use my treadmill 3-5 times a week. Im doing my own variation of the 12-3-30 until I can get up to 12. So I will typically do 10-11% incline. 300 calories in 30 minutes? Yes please! I tried putting it together myself, I got it all done other than lubricating the pad. Had my husband do that. I will say that I did watch a YouTube video for step by step instructions, which made it a lot easier than it would have been. We don't fold it up or move it around so I can not speak to that. We got this back in Feb 2023 and is still in great condition as of now. ... show more

    • Arrived Broken after month-long delivery wait
I ordered this treadmill at the end on October 31st, 2022 and it arrived about a month later on Nov 25th, 2022. After assembling it, I was disappointed to discover that the "select" button on the console did not work when pressed. It's been impossible to get past the select user screen and thus I can NOT use the treadmill after waiting a month for it to arrive. Jennifer with Johnson Fitness (Horizon owner) was very helpful and sympathetic. She ordered parts and labor. I'm now waiting for the parts to arrive and the I'll have to schedule my labor appointment. It's been a very disappointing experience thus far because I have a useless treadmill until the select button is fixed. I will post updates as my case progresses. ... show more

I'm very pleased with the Horizon treadmill. The assembly instructions were excellent; much easier than I had expected. If you don't need a full-color touch-screen display, this treadmill will adequately meet your fitness needs.

    • Difficult to Assemble
It is a beast to move, especially initially trying to get it into your house/apartment (mine was dropped off in the driveway on a pallet). It is one of the most difficult things to assemble, even when meticulously following the instructions. I haven't owned a treadmill in the past, but I was also a little shocked how much space was required. Don't get me wrong, I knew how big it was, but wasn't anticipating how much space you would want to have around it to feel comfortable using it. ... show more
