  • Good product and small footprint

Small enough to not be in the way but also gives off a lot of heat. Love this

  • Small heater, ideal for medium size room
Size: Large Room Pattern Name: Heater
Im giving 5-stars for the compact size of the heater combined with excellent functionality. It is compact enough to fit anywhere and powerful to heat up a medium-sized room. Sleek, Modern looks add to make it a great small heater for home or office, very easy to use. I had a similar Honeywell heater that was purchased 10 years ago and it worked great for a long time. I wanted the reliability this brand provides combines with affordable price. ... show more

  • Makes you feel Warm and Comfy
Size: Large Room Pattern Name: Heater
So many of the heaters I had purchased previously, only would warmed a very small area... even being the same wattage as the Honeywell. The Honeywell was able to heat an entire 12 x 14 room. *Noting the temperature outside was 55 so it was able to bring room temp up to a comfortable 75. I like the room warm in winter. The other heaters I purchased raised the room temperature maybe 2 to 4 degrees if I was lucky. ... show more

  • Great! But not perfect...
Size: Small Room Pattern Name: Heater
I have seen some reviews that have had various experiences with this space heater, so I thought I would throw in my opinion. Pros: - It puts out a TON of heat. - It is relatively quiet. No louder than a small desk fan on medium. - It is very small. There would be no problem if you needed to fit it under a desk or table. - The distance it turns is quite large, so if you are looking to heat a room quickly, or apply heat to a wide area, this will do it. - It does have a thermostat and will stop heating once it has reached the set temperature. - On the low setting, if you are not wanting to set a specific temperature, it does quite well keeping an 8'x15' room warm without getting hot. Cons: - The front of the heater does get hot when on high heat. Being some form of plastic, it does not hold heat for long but could potentially burn you or a small child if it has been running for some time and someone touches it. - When you turn off the device it starts a six-second count down before actually turning off. To most this may not seem like a big deal, but I find it ever so annoying that I have to wait for it to shut off. - The tip protection is nothing more than a small button/switch on the bottom of the heater that must be pressed in for the heater to turn on. --> For those with extra thick carpets or wanting to use it on some form of uneven surface, this heater may not be for you. Not to mention that if you wanted to move the heater, you could not simply pick it up and set it somewhere else while it is running. You will need to turn it back on and adjust your settings back to what you want them at. - It does not seem to like using the auto/thermostat feature. --> I'm thinking that it must be due to one of a few reasons that this happens. It could be that the acceptable temperature range the heater will allow below the setpoint is rather large, and I simply haven't had my room cold enough for it to want to kick the heat back on, or it is waiting for the element to cool off before testing the temperature because the heating element affects the accuracy of the internal thermometer. These are just guesses, I really have no clue. - When you turn off the heater, none of your previous settings are remembered. It defaults to high flow/heat, without oscillation. - No remote All that being said, for my uses, this heater is great. I do not mind the lack of a super-accurate/working auto function. I can live with needing to turn it back on if I need to move it. It is small and can be tucked away when I'm not using it. If you are looking for something small that just needs to put out reliable heat, this can work for you. If you need all the bells and whistles and just cannot live without them, you will need to look elsewhere. ... show more

  • Quiet, portable, and powerful
Size: Large Room Pattern Name: Heater
Heading into my second winter with this heater and I love it. It's slim so when winter is over, I just slide it in a narrow corner in my garage closet. It's quite powerful for being a slim and small heater, so I always put it on the lowest setting and it still heats up my room. The functions are simple but it does the job. I've never used the temp setting, but I always use the 1hr timer with one press of the 1hr button before I sleep. The reason I love this heater is how quiet it is, especially compared to other heaters I've had in the past. I've forgotten a few times I had it on lol. Honeywell is an American company? Doesn't really matter because it has a solid build quality. I rate this a 9.7/10 and would highly recommend it. ... show more

  • A Terrific Heater for a Great Price
Size: Medium Room Pattern Name: Heater
Finding the perfect room heater has been a difficult chore, much more difficult than I thought it would be. After all, the expectation of turning a knob or punching a button to have a heater deliver sufficient heat for the average sized room didn't seem to be that big a deal. But four room heaters later, I feel I've finally found what I wanted. This ceramic whole room heater does a quick job of heating a room and does it very quietly compared to other models. At low speed it's operating at half-power which for those of us who run these things a lot, means some cost savings while getting the same results. Some of these towers have a different approach which is to switch on and off in order to provide heat while using only 1500 watts to do so. In the long run, these units will cost you more money and won't be nearly as efficient. This tower also has a swivel feature that operates like a desk fan that rotates side to side, ensuring that the whole room is receiving heat. It also has a timer setting that ranges from one hour to eight allowing you to forget about it while you're in a particular room. This is a feature not often found at this price point. It also allows you to set the precise temperature up to 85 degrees and will hold that room temperature as needed. While smaller than other towers, it does the job of a much larger unit and so quietly you won't need to up the volume on the TV when this unit is running. All in all, a great heater for a very good price. Highly recommended. ... show more

  • Puts out a nice amount of heat for its size
Size: Small Room Pattern Name: Heater
We have the taller model at work near a door that works really well. I decided to get one for my apartment but decided on the smaller model. This thing takes the chill off of my L shaped living and dining area. It really puts out well. The timer is nice to have. The back comes off easily for cleaning the air intake grate, Only thing I wish is that it has a remote. ... show more
