I finally got around to using one of these! I used the large one for making corn muffins. It worked great and so easily! I have one of another name brand and was very disappointed in the quality. But this did not disappoint! I haven't used any on cookie dough or candy making yet, but I anticipate the same performance. Cleaning it was a breeze. These seem very sturdy. I'm so pleased.

They make baking easier. I can make cookies all the same size, making them all done at the same time. No more too crisp or too doughy. Awesome.

very stiff for arthritic wrists. It does scoop and release cookie dough; but some dough sticks behind the metal sweep that deposits dough onto the cookie sheet. But better than trying to do spoons.

I bought these for 2 reasons only: scooping out homemade chocolate chip cookie dough for baking and scooping out homemade sorbet. So since neither task is particularly heavy, I was ok with getting a fairly low-quality scoop. I was not going to be disappointed if these were kinda meh. But holy smokes! They are fabulous. Good resistance in the spring, scoop dumps clean, handles spaced well. Total win!! I handwash eeeeeverything, so I don't know about their durability in the dishwasher. However, given the soft grip material on the handles, I would definitely not even remotely think about putting them in the dishwasher. Not on a bet.

The medium scoop is perfect for meatballs and large cookies. Handle seems sturdy. I will handwash rather than put in the dishwasher.

These are a nice selection of sizes to make a variety of cookies. The large one is good for other things like ice cream, meatballs. The scoops are comfortable in my hand and are quite study even with stiff dough.
