    • NOT insurable with Rigid!
As this battery is not being sold by a Rigid authorized dealer, s/a Home Depot, it can’t be registered and insured for free replacement under the terms of Rigid’s guarantee! Battery otherwise appears new and appears to fully recharge. Long lasting in my Rigid chainsaw.

After many months of use, the battery no longer charges, and it is useless. It is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I hope it is honored when I return it.

Ridgid will not warranty this item as it is sold by a third party. Also, amazing return period is only 30 days, but mine died (charger reports defective) after only 120 days of very light use. Very disappointed in a relatively expensive purchase. With that said, I will concede that it did work well while it worked. ... show more
