Rigid is the best for all day long use. My husband is a plumber so he requires the best to be productive. The lifetime warranty should be enough to sell this product just remember to register it and that process is so easy. Rigid is a working man's true love

The RIDGID 18V 8.0 Ah MAX Output EXP Lithium-Ion Battery worked as designed, and it was the original Rigid battery. I have no issues/problems with this battery after fully charged.

    • NOT insurable with Rigid!
As this battery is not being sold by a Rigid authorized dealer, s/a Home Depot, it can’t be registered and insured for free replacement under the terms of Rigid’s guarantee! Battery otherwise appears new and appears to fully recharge. Long lasting in my Rigid chainsaw.

After many months of use, the battery no longer charges, and it is useless. It is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I hope it is honored when I return it.
