Well it looks like I'm the first to review. Overall I got about what I expected for the price, but there are a couple of issue with this new product I could not overlook when giving stars. Once assembled I am happy with the product, however I nearly managed to force assembly the wrong way, but then I figured out that the arm rests were marked Left, and Right completely backwards, and then another issue to deal with, most of the bolts for assembly have to go through the upholstery to thread into the frame, problem was only about half of the holes through the upholstery to the frame existed, the other half I had to use a small knife to cut through the upholstery to be able to put the bolts in. So if they can figure out left from right, and make all the holes needed, not just half of them, then I would say this deserves a higher rating. I know it's a new product, but come on guys get it together. Update: I have changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars. While I did have issues described above, HOMHUM offered me a full refund, to which I replied that didn't seem fair, and probably something closer to 50 bucks would be fair. Their reply was to give me a full refund, which I have received back on my card. So now I have the chair I wanted at no cost and the assembly issues HOMHUM said they have addressed with the factory. The arm rests were labeled incorrectly. I managed with great difficulty to put it together as labeled only to find the seat adjustment lever could not be accessed and the leg rest lever rubbed and left a black mark. I took the arm rests off and switched them. I tried the chair out for a few days and noticed the fabric on the seat was developing a crease and some bubbled up areas. The chair was not comfortable to me except when fully reclined and even then my feet went too far past the end of the chair. The build quality seemed pretty good other than the upholstery being loose in the seat area.I want to send it back but I am having a hard time getting the chair off the base. The chair part just sits in the base so I'm not sure why it does not lift off. I will contact the seller and start the return process. I will update with any new info. ... show more

    • Good Chair but a few small issues solved would make it EVEN BETTER.
The arms were labeled incorrectly but it was easily fixed as I noticed before even attaching them. Only true issue was when attaching the back to the base the holes weren’t properly made so I had to do it myself. As of now the chair is good but the arms are a bit wobbly. I keep having to tighten it.
