I bought one as a gift and she loved it. I bought one for myself as a satchel because I don't usually carry handbags and was getting ready to go on a trip. I don't like carrying purses and when I do, it's usually a small one. The faux leather feels like real leather. It is roomy inside and I like all of the pockets. The colors are fabulous and I had a hard time choosing the color that I wanted. I'll probably buy a light blue one for spring. I Chose the coral one for fall and will be wearing a dark purple duster sweater with it. They also have a purple one, but I didn't want to look matchy, matchy. I know women who pay several hundred dollars for purses. I am pragmatic and have never done that. This purse is packaged as a gift very well. I wanted a purse with wide straps so it be comfortable on my shoulder even with heavy contents. In the winter, my needs are extended to cross body strap so it won't slide off of my parka. Done and done! There are plenty of interior and exterior pockets, some are probably more decorative than actually useful. Now, the negatives - The faux leather is very soft and pliable, but that means that I can't open and close interior zipper compartments without concern of zipper jambing on fabric. Only one of the two interior divisions is large enough for bulky items. That means I can't accommodate kindle,wallet and cellphone in a way that they're easy to extract.
