Perfect for fermenting under pressure. I set it at 10 psi and mark the adjuster and body with a permanent marker in case it gets bumped when not in use. Functions perfectly, easy to assemble out of the box (make sure you get the check valve in the right direction). I don't think I could scrap one of these together for this cheap! The item did not work. I tested this on a Corny keg with 10 psi; the gauge did not even move off zero until I cranked the pressure up to over 10 psi. Then, it only read 4 psi on the gauge, so it was not nearly accurate enough to control pressure in a fermentor.

Pressure gauge doesn't function at all on my unit. Everything appears properly assembled but the gauge never moves off zero. The diaphragm component works, just not possible to set it to an exact pressure as far as I can tell without a working pressure gauge.
