The phone App walked me through the Steps and this camera was functional in a short period of time. My only stumbling block was remembering my WiFi password, which now I have the password written down. I have an expensive home security system with limited function and and requires technical abilities during installation. This Home Security Camera Indoor Wireless is a plug and play camera. The view range is amazing, privacy mode, in the dark pictures are good, push notifications, and 2-way communication. I have a flowing, cat water system, about 20-feet away, and the recorded sound was as if the water system was next to the camera, Currently, this amazing Home Security Camera Indoor Wireless is listed at 50% off and I placed an order for 5 more systems.

The image quality and live feed lag time are both really impressive on this little camera, and motion detect/follow features are both cool. It should be noted that a rotating ceiling fan WILL trigger the follow feature, making the camera focus on the fan and not want to look anywhere else in a still room. My main complaint with this is a software issue I think. I have too many smart device apps on my phone, and liked that this advertises being compatible with Google Home and Alexa. The instructions do NOT indicate how to do this, and only explain how to set the camera up in its native app, Amorom (never heard of this brand). Approaching it from the Google Home side (my preferred app right now), I couldn’t find Amorom as a choice for syncing. After much tinkering around, I realized that the account I created for Amorom was a Smart Life account, and that is a syncable choice. Side note: the camera can be set up and controlled from the Smart Life app rather than Amorom, and it’s a better app. Once connected to google home, I did have some bugginess with getting the camera feed to actually show up, but with the help of an internet search that was resolved. Again, there are no provided instructions to help with any of this. Within the google home app, there is no control available. I can ONLY view what the camera is looking at. I can’t turn features on and off, or even pan the camera to look at other parts of the room. I feel that this a big downside, as I really want to just rely on one app to control all my smart devices.

This camera is perfect for anyone who wants to keep their home safe and their pets happy. What I like: The camera has a 360-degree view, so I can see everything that's going on in my home. It can pan and tilt, so I can easily adjust the view. It has night vision, so I can see even in the dark. It has motion detection, so I'm notified if there's any activity in my home. I can talk to my pets through the camera, so they don't get lonely when I'm gone. It's compatible with Alexa and Google Home, so I can control it with my voice. The only thing I don't like about this camera is that the image quality can be a bit grainy in low light conditions. I'm happy I got this indoor Security Camera. It's a very way to keep an eye on my home and pets when I'm not there.

I chose this indoor camera to monitor my two year old schnoodle while I was away and give him lots of encouragement through the microphone system. He still gets a bit of separation anxiety and the sound of my voice seems to calm him down. I was very surprised when I removed the camera from the box. All the components are well made, the camera housing itself appears well built and all components are plastic. The easiest way to set up the camera quickly is to download the app onto your phone or tablet, follow the step by step instructions as they walk you through set-up, and you’ll be up and running in minutes. I was surprised at the clarity of the video, the clear and understandable voice system, and the night vision ability of the camera. It’s not five star perfect, but it’s viewable, the articulating camera is smooth and the sound is good. As far as value this little camera is well worth it!
