She followed the how-to-assemble video on the website and was able to put it together herself. The chair glides up and down very easily and swivels smoothly. This chair comes in about 12 pieces, that took maybe 30-45 minutes to completely put together. I put stuff like this together a lot, I work in retail doing this stuff often. I will say that this is probably one of the easiest I’ve put together in a long time. Didn’t have any issues or missing pieces. In fact they give you extra screw and stuff which is always nice. The chair is light weight, at least compared to my last one, but sturdy enough not to give. So far it’s very comfy and I have no complaints.

Pleasantly surprised with this chair, especially for the price. I searched forever on Amazon to find a decently priced, modern-looking chair that wouldn’t stick out from my desk. I’m very happy that this one slides under my desk without having to sacrifice functional armrests. I can sit in this chair and work for hours on end without getting back pain. I’m a small woman and was able to put this chair together by myself without much difficulty and the instructions were easy to follow. I also bought a set of clear rollerblade office chair wheels from Huracan to help the chair roll over my carpet better. They required some elbow grease to put on the chair but they work well and match the chair perfectly, making it look more expensive than it is.

I love the grey color but after ordering I would go with a darker color like navy or black due to light grey getting dirty easily. Chair padding is very comfortable and the back bends enough and doesn’t push you forward. Before I bought this new office chair by Wednesday my neck sounded like a bag of rocks when I moved it. Now I feel like I’m sitting on a cloud. Everyone in my office wants to buy this chair now and everyone took turns sitting in it. The chair and the desk I got was the highlight of my office during prime week. Just do it!

This is a great chair! I easily and quickly put it together by myself, with no assistance. The directions were easy to follow. It's very sturdy as well, and supportive of the body. It is comfortable, also. I would recommend this chair over others. The price is also affordable.

I recently purchased office this chair (Silybon EX-932) from Amazon and it arrived today. As soon as I looked at the packing box, I could see that the chair I ordered as new is, in fact, a return that was rather clumsily put back in the original box and was sealed with flimsy tape. Hoping to find a complete product (hope springs eternal), I have unboxed everything only to find that there is neither a parts list nor a sheet of assembly instructions. Amazon is turning into another Fry's Electronics, which was once a SF Bay Area multi-store nirvana for computer hobbyists but, by selling used and returned merchandise as if it were new, became a punchline. Not surprisingly, Fry's is now out of business. I have emailed Silybon at the address shown on the packing box to request assembly instructions and a parts list. I very much hope to be able to give a better review if and when I receive the product documentation. Tsk, tsk, Amazon. Two days later: I'm delighted to report that Silybon responded to my request for docs almost instantly. I put the chair together (1 pair of hands) last night with no problems. Silybon includes spare parts and and a hex wrench in the package, by the way. Still deducting one point for the chair being a returned item.
