I love the feel and comfort. The wheels were such a challenge to attach. I’m older and I literally struggled to get them all in. I had to rest in between each one. I would have loved the option of silver or gold for the legs or base. It came with a dirty spot on the front of the chair. It took me two different tries to get it out, but finally got it. There was also a dent in the bottom of the chair from packaging. I’m still hoping it works itself out. Praying the rest won’t come this way. I needed a decorative computer chair for my beautiful new home office, which has a lot of pink furnishing. I was turned off by this chair because what looked like "Pink" was labeled as "Rose". Let me go ahead and tell you that while this is a bit darker than the average pink, IT PASSES FOR PINK! Anyway, I got a similar-looking chair that actually was labeled as pink. It was good, but just not comfortable enough, as it lacked a thick cushion. I was utterly embarrassed to, for the first time ever, return an online product and order this chair instead. Well, I'm glad I did! It was relatively easy to assemble (The wheels demanded a lot of pressure), it's gorgeous, and very cozy. The cushion makes a huge difference; firm enough to keep you alert, plush enough to keep you comfortable. My back needed this desperately. Worth every penny! Purchased this for a new office. It’s super cute and so soft. When it was delivered the box was damaged in transport and there were missing pieces for assembly. The company was willing to send me new parts to avoid returning the item.

I love this chair and for the price, I’m glad I got it. It matches my decor nicely and it’s very comfy. HOWEVER, putting the wheels on this thing was actually so hard. I couldn’t get one wheel all the way in but it’s not messing up anything. I thought I was missing tools at first lol

I very much enjoy this chair. I love the look of it and I sit in it for long stretches throughout the day without issue. The only problem is the wheels do not lock in and thus at least one falls off every single day. Just now one came off and I just about fell out of the chair. It reminded me to write this review. Great chair except for the chair issue. My bf is going to try super gluing the wheels in place...we'll see how that goes! ... show more
