I assembled the unit per manual instructions. Added oil and fuel. Tried to start it and the motor would not turn over. Thought it was a lemon. I contacted Homdox customer service about the problem via email. Two days later they responded and asked for photos or video of what I was doing. I sent a video. Next day they replied that I should add more oil to it. I added more and the washer fired up first crank! Very impressive customer support to diagnose that solution! Unit runs easily and does the job. This is my first one so now I need to see what I can do with it. Excellent customer support. Well done!

This machine works great for about 60 minutes. Then it overheats and it is very difficult to keep running.

I'm a landscaping business. This thing works great. Much better than my old one. The only thing is is the screws on top vibrated out of one of the holders that keeps the top of the handle in place. I mean other than that though, it's a great product
