How I love this chair it's been only a few days since I had it. Though since I'm tall if I sit far back in the chair my head won't reach the pillow I have to sit in a position where my head or neck reach the pillow, though I expected this. Another con is that the arms don't go up or down but they fold back. What sold me on this chair was the full back support which I needed because my old chair was half back support and it was really messing with me. The reclining is also really nice to have as when I watch movies I can relax even more and the pillow is extra nice. I love this chair I really couldn't afford a DX Racer.

I would give this product a solid 5 if it was not for the arms. I feel like the arms material is really scratchy and annoying to have my arms on sometimes. I would sometimes raise my arms and find a lot of circles because of the holes that they put on it. Other than that, it's an amazing chair. It comes with a pillow that is really comfortable and the reclining feature is nice to have and very useful if I just want to relax at my computer.

First of all, I am a Twitch Broadcaster & AS A BROADCASTER i play videogames for 6-8 Hours with little to no breaks. so comfort IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to a successful broadcaster naturally we all know that DXRacers are kings of the mountain tops in this regard. as such & BECAUSE of this fact there are TONS, THOUSANDS! of DXRacer Clones, Off Brands, etc. This chair by HomCon is an Insult,a Disgrace, a shame to EVERYONE who makes a product like that of DXRacer, this belittles DX Clones all over. now here are the reasons why. I'll start off by what i DO infact like about the chair, 1:The Color, 2:The Lumbar/lower back Support. Now, here is everything WRONG with this chair! First of all my most MAJOR ISSUE, There is a lever on the bottom of the chair that is for Incline, that level SHOULD let the user pull on said lever and lean back in the chair to put the chair in desired position and then upon release of the level the chair SHOULD hold that position and the chair should NO LONGER MOVE AFTER THAT. well guess what everyone, the chair will push back WITH OR WITH OUT you using the lever AND WILL NOT HOLD THE DESIRED POSITION! Next, holes for the screws which attach the arm to the chair and the back to the seat. that alone is a MAJOR BLOODY DESIGN FLAW what were you people thinking?! some of the HOLES are uneven making it so it's almost impossible for you to even put the thing together in the first place! IT took me SMACKING THE CHAIR, UNSCREWING AND RESCREWING THE CHAIR, TILTING THE CHAIR, CHECKING THE SCREWS TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE NOT STRIPPED BEFORE I FINALLY SAW "Oh the holes are not right and hardly let the screws fit properly...thanks HomeCom" the chair is ALSO unstable in the sense of elevation, i've had the chair collapse on me and i've only had this chair for 2 hours BEFORE writing this review that should also hint to how many problems there are if i HAD THIS MUCH OF A DESIRE TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW AFTER 2 HOURS! The chair is hard to put together because its parts while look pretty were not made right, the "features" of this chair, do not work, and you will feel like you're putting your body at risk sitting in this because of how unstable it is. guys, rather you work for home, rather you are a twitch broadcaster, a collage student, a single mom, i don't care. the bottomline in all of this there are way better chairs out here and sadly they are pricy but after what i've dealt with today, the fact that i may ALREADY have to throw this chair out after 2 hours because of how unstable and unsafe it is. please save your money, buy a real DXRacer and DO NOT be fooled by any of these other reviews maybe they did get good chairs? but i was one of the ones who did not and i am GREATLY Upset and Offended that this product with all its flaws would even be offered on Amazon.com.

Purchased for home office. Love the recline option. Very comfortable. My legs are short, and don't touch the floor even when chair is lowest level, but this is common for most office chairs for me. (I'm 5'1 and always need a foot rest) Took about 45 minutes to put together myself, and I'm not usually good at putting things together lol I sit at my desk 8 hours a day, and so far so good. Day 1, and I look forward to seeing how my back feels after a few days/weeks of usage.

The chair was pretty simple to put together . However it hasn’t last long. I purchased only 9 months ago and have been using it in my home office , the back no longer stays upright , it declines back all the time . Don’t purchase this chair if you want good back support , it’s fine if you want to be reclined back the whole time .

Overall I'd say this is an ok chair. It's not as comfortable as I anticipated but I wouldn't say its uncomfortable. This is counterbalanced by the fact it looks awesome! I've had several people comment on it. The neck pillow does nothing. If anything I'd say it makes me sit weird just to try and use it and winds up hurting my neck after too long so I just took it off. The arms are great. They are stiff so a child couldn't move them but that's good since you can move them where you want them and still rest your arms without it suddenly falling. My biggest complaint is that the holes for the arms aren't done right or rather the whole process of putting on the arms is one heck of a job. The lumbar support makes the arms push out so you have to hold them down with pressure on it while simultaneously lining up the holes and putting your screws in with an allen wrench. I wound up cross threading a screw because of this and had drill out the old screw and buy a tap and a new screw to finish my chair 3 days later. So yeah, pretty ok chair that looks cool, decent price, but one heck of an assembly required.
