In July of last year, I purchased this chair. Not the best chair I have owned but also not the worst. Yesterday, the bracing that holds the bolts for the backrest on the right side, broke at the weld causing my backrest to go suddenly go back. Tweaked my back a little bit in the process. I have contacted support to see what the regular warranty is but if you do buy this chair, I would suggest to add the extended warranty option to it. ... show more
