Good product. Idk if I have a longer torso than the typical person but I had to pull the top band down from under my tits to cover my belly. Does move a tiny bit on the lower back when you sit down but nothing crazy! Once I put it on I look like I’m barrel chested lmao! Other than that it definitely helps with posture! Ladies if you want to be snatched from the top to the bottom of your stomach then this is the trainer for you. I ordered a XL, 5'2 in height, and 170 pounds. This waist trainer is comfortable to wear while I am working from home. I have worn it my entire work day and that's because I forgot I was wearing it. The velcro from the top, to the middle, and the bottom will have you snatched, your posture straight, and as far as the sweating goes I didn't feel any of that unless I was working out.
