I was very skeptical at first when watching all the videos on Facebook however the high level of reviews were just too good to pass up. If you are looking for a good quality waist trainer look no further, this is the one right here, I ordered a size XL because I gained a few pounds and inches, I’m 162 pounds. The first time I put it on and omg, snatched my waist right away and immediately gave me back support which is what I desperately need at my age (64) it’s not bulky, it fits comfortably, the Velcro strength is powerful. I love itttttt! I have a mushy big stomach and it SNATCHED me in. The Velcro hasn’t moved once nor has the bands and I’ve been out of the house all day! It has me looking so good. It keeps my posture upright. I got a 2x and I’m a size 14-16 in pants. I have a fairly short torso and adjusted it to my torso length and it actually fits and doesn’t fold or wrinkle or get painful in the sides when you sit. 10/10 I will see what it looks like under an outfit but I would imagine the Velcro piece in the middle would be detectable in tight clothing so that’s my only fuss.

I do not recommend anyone who is on the smaller side to get the size small which is their smallest size. My sister has the same belt from a different company and her size medium actually fits better than this size small that I have. My waistband lacks extended Velcro like other brands. Other brands have extended Velcro to alter the size due to constant weight change. This brand does not. The first day trying it on it literally had space and it’s supposed to be firm and fit. However, the back support is decent.

True to size and feels great. It takes a bit to get used to but if youre wearing comfy clothes, wearing it all day is a breeze. Oh my gosh this is amazing!! You won't regret buying this, i had been using a lace up corsett in the past for waist training and as i gained 2 inches (I hadn't worn my lace up one in a while) , it really cut into my back when trying to lace it up I wanted to see if there was anything out there less painful, this is so comfortable and strong, I have a 26 inch waist and got a small was a little worried it wouldn't be tight enough, but it is really strong!! And so comfortable, it doesn't cut into you and I can totally sleep with it, overall I highly recommend!
