It was fairly easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Loved the vibrating lumbar cushion. After a couple of weeks, right arm started to sag outward. Then it snapped off from the upper support. Tried to contact Homall through their contact form, but after 30+ captchas, it blanked the form then simply refreshed to the blank form ever after. Update: Apparently Homall did get my message and has responded to my satisfaction. Adding a couple stars, and will consider them again. ... show more

We ordered this chair for my son to use as his gaming chair. It is less than a year old and already has a rip in the seat. The fabric is tearing at the one of the seams in the middle of the seat. My son says the chair is comfortable and he likes the way it looks but it is not very durable.

You can recline but not in a comfortable position. Chair does not lean back at all with using the recline function.

You get what you pay for I guess just wish I hadn't. This chair is so uncomfortable, there is zero padding on the bottom. Not meant for tall people, I am 5'8 and can't use the foot rest and be comfortable. I would not recommend anyone to buy this. I only gave 3 stars because it has good bones, I just added a cushion but I'm sad I can't use it without it and not the foot rest. ... show more
