WOW!!! We were somewhat hesitant to purchase a patio set online but took a chance - and are we glad we did! This set came earlier than promised and was packaged unbelievably well. There wasn't a scratch to be found anywhere. Once we put one chair together, the other chairs were done very quickly (less than 20 minutes each). The chairs are a very generous size, sturdy and very comfortable. The table was easy to assemble and is also very sturdy. We love this set and are very happy with our purchase.

I love the four chairs. They’re very sturdy and pretty. The first one was a challenge to assemble, but the others went smoothly. Delivered by FedEx not Amazon. Two of the chair arms were dented. The table was not delivered. I’ve emailed and made several calls with no response to try and get the table delivered. UPDATE: The table came this afternoon!

I know this is supposed to be a product review, but I can't say enough good things about the company Phi Villa. The patio set was sent in 3 packages, the table came earlier than the chairs, which was fine. Amazon marked the set as delivered, so I reached out to the company just to make sure that the chairs were still coming. I received an answer in less than 24 hours with tracking numbers for the other 2 boxes, which came several days later, all within the expected delivery range. When I unpacked all of the boxes, I found that the table was cracked. My message was once again answered in less than 24 hours. Once I sent pictures of the damage, they sent me a new table, without the burden of returning the old one. I ordered this set on January 27 and the entire issue has been resolved to my satisfaction as of February 19. I am just so pleased with the level of customer service. And so now to the product - it is a perfect size for my little lanai, and the chairs are very comfortable. The table is very sturdy. I'm sure I will have this set for many years to come.

I was surprised it took 5 hours to put together with the tools provided. The directions needed the pictures of the hardware to be more detailed. After I put everything together, I noticed the uneven match of the table halves, and the dent on the other corner. The box had been dented in a corner. So that packaging needs reinforcement. I didn't want to take it apart and send back, so I am living with it. But now, a month later, that area is beginning to rust. Overall, it's a nice set, but needs some areas of improvement.

The company sold the table set knowing that there was a (main) part to the table on back order. They offered a $20 discount and said "that the part would not arrive for a long long time because it was coming from over sea's'. The table is non functional without the part. I do not recommend buying products for Phi Villa.
