The only minor complaint I have is I wish you could lower the chair a little more. I have it at the lowest setting but it's still pretty tall. I purchased this for my son (15) and for the price I'm very pleased with this chair. It's fairly heavy, about 40 pounds, and for me the assembly took less than an hour. The instructions were easy to follow and it included a tool to assist with assembly. The headrest and adjustable back support (with massager!) are both great for my son, who spends several hours in it, either gaming or watching TV. The foot rest, adjustable height, and reclining back are nice features as well. The only complaints are that the arm rests aren't adjustable (or padded), and it does not roll well on carpet. Really great chair not gonna it was very simple to put together I didn’t find the instructions at least not in the beginning I like that I can recline and kick my feet up, the massage pillow doesn’t seem to be strong enough but still feels good I’m sure you can put your own somehow since the pillow can open up from the back I do wish that the arm rest can be moved back and forward side to side but other than that great chair ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Amazing chair very good price and relatively comfortable. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble it even though I’m a handy guy. The Manuel is a little bit too small and the screws are not labeled so you gotta figure it out. I’d recommend using a low torque drill as if you use their own tool you’re gonna be twisting a lot. ... show more

Chair reviewed here is the one on the left. Honestly, I used this chair for one night, and then gave it to my 5 year old, so I wouldn't have to deal with taking it apart and returning it. I immediately ordered the chair next to it in the picture, and even though they shared similar traits, the quality difference is enormous. Within 24 hours of having the chair put together, I already had the following complaints... - The chair is uncomfortable. Period. My butt was sore within a hour, and about numb after 2. I am not a huge guy. 5'7" and 180 lb. It just has 0 padding. - The sides squeeze your legs very uncomfortably, and I think anyone larger than a literal string bean would agree. - The back does not sit up straight. It leans to one side or the other (you can see this in the picture) and is never feels solid or centered. This is with the bolts as tight as they will go, it's just bad quality. - The footrest is flimsy and shaky, and VERY noisy. Annoyingly noisy. - The arms are not adjustable, and not comfortable (although this is probably partly my oversight for not thoroughly reading the description). - The wheels (even though they look exactly the same as the other chair) are crap. You go to slide the chair forward and it goes to some weird forward sideways angle.. it never goes right in the direction you want them to, and this is on a solid hard wood floor. I do not have this problem with the other chair with the same wheels. Literally nothing about this chair, apart from the material covering it feels like a quality product. Not worth 50 dollars, let alone $120. Save an extra 20 or 30 dollars, and get one of the slightly more expensive chairs. This one is trash. The only positive I have is the fact that it was super easy to assemble, and came with a tool to do so. Took no time, and could have got it done even without instructions. My opinion: It looks cool, but not worth any amount of money as a gaming chair for anyone over the age of 12. ... show more
