This purchase made me feel mixed reserves towards it. On one hand, the chair is sturdy and incredibly comfortable, featuring a smooth leather feel. The wheels glide effortlessly, making it ideal for wood flooring, though I would recommend using a rug to help you from rolling around easily. Update, the chair isn’t great. However, the assembly process was somewhat confusing; the instructions relied solely on unclear images without any written guidance. I ended up using a YouTube tutorial to help navigate the assembly. While it's not overly difficult, the number of pieces can be overwhelming. One aspect I found disappointing is the built-in leg rest. The mechanism for folding it away is frustrating and doesn’t work smoothly, making it difficult to store. Overall, the chair is quite sturdy and comfortable, with the head and lower back pillows being great enhancements. While I'm unsure if I would purchase another, I think it’s a decent choice for those looking to own one without hurting the pockets more than the government already is. I encourage you to try it for yourself and share your thoughts!

Got the red & white, it looks great! Was worried from the picture it would be a little too vibrant but it was perfect

Very good quality screws on flexible, arms keep coming to loose and making the armrest wobbly constantly have to re-tighten it vibration pillow is not that strong of a vibration, but overall still good product

Every part of this chair comes loose no matter how many times you tighten it. The seat rocks side to side. And the chair makes a popping noise anytime you move while sitting in it! I reached out to them in regards to chair that told me. The chair goes through inspection and should not do this. I stated well im constantly having to tighten it and cant figure out why it rocks side to side. They offered a 7 dollar compensation for my troubles. Save your self the time and money and dont get this chair.
